Conversion Mechanism

Immediate conversion to USDT and VLT: Upon receipt of non-VLT payments, 60% will be converted to USDT (if not already in USDT), and 35% will be converted to VLT.

Token Procurement Strategy: The conversion to VLT tokens will occur on the open market and be transferred to a wallet within the Voltius treasury.

Burning Mechanism: For non-VLT payments, 5% of the transaction’s notional value (USD) will also be converted to VLT tokens on the open market and systematically burned. For VLT payments, 5% of the transaction amount will be systematically burned.
